Electric rotary valves

Bio-Chem Fluidics electric rotary valves are available in two general configurations: valve head assembly complete with stepper motor or just the valve head assembly. Both versions are fitted with an encoder. Whereas endusers commonly decide on the complete solution, instrument manufacturers with experience of coupling valves to stepper motors and with their own controllers often prefer the valve-head-only option. The valves come in three bore sizes and for two application areas: loop injection and flow selection/distribution. All models have a very low internal volume and are designed for use in low-pressure applications only.

• life of assembly up to 1,000,000 port-to-port cyles
• recommended max. duty cycle 12.5%
• 4-wire connection
• Neodymium magnets for maximum torque
