Mixing/flow selection valves

The Bio-Chem Fluidics flow selection/mixing valves are available in either 12 V or 24 V with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 ports. The valve comprises the required number of actuators - each of which can be controlled independently - mounted around a central block. The flow path length to each actuator is identical. Construction is similar to that of isolation valves in that the flow path is isolated from the solenoid by a flexible diaphragm. Different bore (orifice) sizes are available as are bodies and membranes in different materials. All types have one more port than the number of actuators. For example, a 3-port valve has a total of 4 ports - for mixing, three inlets and one common outlet port. For flow selection the same valve can, of course, be used with one inlet port and three outlets.

Mounting options: with the exception of the 080T2 types all the mixing valves have two 4mm Ø (0.156") mounting holes.
