Micro pumps - Bio-Chem Fluidics

Bio-Chem Fluidics micro pumps are self-priming and dispense the preset volume of medium precisely, reproducibly and discretely. As the flow path is separated from the solenoid actuator by a flexible membrane, the pumps are particularly well suited to highly aggressive or high-purity fluid applications such as clinical diagnostics or analytical chemistry.

They are available with dispense volumes ranging from 20 µl to 60 µl, either with 1/4"-28 UNF threaded ports or manifold mountable. The wetted parts are available in a variety of materials, allowing you to choose the best possible combination for your specific application. The pumps are designed for continuous duty. For example, 20 million actuations correspond to almost 3,000 hours of continuous use at a 2 Hz cycle rate.

Tubing: micro pumps require hardwall tubing - for example PTFE - at their inlets and outlets. At the bottom of each individual pump detail page you'll find our tubing recommendation.

Mounting options: at the bottom of each individual pump page we show the various mounting options. You can access them either singly or - by clicking "Display accessory details" - simultaneously with the product of choice on just one page. The 139 series pumps are designed for manifold mounting, all other series are supplied with two mounting holes but can, nevertheless, be combined with the other mounting options.
